Who do I work with?

As someone within the LGBTQIA+ community, I understand the unique challenges that can come with exploring and embracing your sexual and gender identity. Together, we can process feelings of shame, guilt, abandonment, or strained relationships, while also celebrating the strength, resilience, and joy that are part of your journey.

2SLGBTQIA+ Issues

Living with anxiety can feel overwhelming, exhausting, and isolating. In therapy, we’ll create a safe space to explore your worries, manage stress, and calm racing thoughts. Together, we’ll work on building practical coping strategies, improving emotional balance, and helping you feel more grounded and in control of your life.

Anxiety

Trauma may bring feelings of fear, shame, guilt, or disconnection, and it can impact your relationships, self-worth, and daily life. Together, we’ll work gently through painful memories in therapy, learn grounding techniques to manage triggers, and explore ways to rebuild trust, safety, and empowerment.

Trauma

Relationship challenges can bring up feelings of disconnection, frustration, and hurt. In therapy, we’ll work together to understand patterns, improve communication, and rebuild trust. Whether you’re navigating conflict, life transitions, or healing from past experiences, sessions provide a safe space to strengthen your relationships and foster deeper connection.

Relationship Issues

From workplace stress, discrimination, and gender-based violence to experiences of isolation, lack of support, burnout, or struggles with self-esteem and relationship dynamics, these difficulties can leave you feeling unseen or overwhelmed. In therapy, we’ll create a space to process these experiences, build resilience, strengthen self-worth, and explore strategies for coping, setting boundaries, and reclaiming your voice.

Women’s Issues

Many women experience shame, guilt, or confusion around their sexuality due to societal expectations and cultural norms. Differences in libido, challenges with desire, or difficulties communicating needs in the bedroom can create strain in relationships and impact self-esteem. In therapy, we’ll explore your sexual identity, process feelings of shame or guilt, and build confidence in expressing your desires.
